Prevent Someone From Viewing Your Facebook Timeline Without Blocking Them

What is Restricted List on Facebook? Putting someone on restricted least means you are still friends on Facebook but they only see yours posts on on Facebook when you chose public as your audience or when you tag them in a post.For example if you are friends with your boss,when you share an update or photo with your friends,your boss wont be able to see the post unless you tag them.Your boss however still remains your friend on Facebook.

So how do you add someone to the restricted list.

1.Go to Friends list.

2.Point at the friend's icon on the right side of the friend you want to restrict.

3.Select Add to another list.
4.Select Restricted.

How To Check Who Else Is Logged Into Your Facebook Account.

To view the friends you have put on the restricted list.

1.Go to Settings on Facebook.
2.Select Timeline and Tagging
-under Who can see things on my timeline? Click on Edit and Select Custom.

You can preview how the friends on the restricted list are seeing your timeline by selecting View As under Who can see things on my timeline. On the top of you cover photo,select View as a specific person. Type the name of the person you earlier added on Restricted List.
