Recover Outlook PST After Windows 8 And 10 Refresh.

Are you unable to boot Windows 8 or 10  and get it to successfully load the desktop successfully?If you have not backed up,there are a few things you can do to rescue the PC.

1.Repair Windows startup.
2.Refresh the OS without losing your personal files.
3.Perform a hard Reset on the PC.

If repairing Windows startup fails,Most of the times Refreshing  works and  restores the OS retaining the user files .Reset deletes all the files from the PC.

If you just Refreshed the PC and you are unable to trace the Outlook PST file here is how to get it.Look  for the below paths,it must be in one of them.

If you are unable to refresh your PC,use Hiren Boot to backup all the personal files before you reset the PC.
1.Boot Hiren CD and select  Mini Windows XP.
2.Plug in an external backup drive.
3.Transfer files from the installation disk to the backup drive.
